Moving my Broadband Services

Wanting to move your service?

Internal or External Removal?

  • External Removal (ER)   refers to moving your services(s) from one location to another location - e.g: Arorangi to Titikaveka  
  • Internal Removal (IR)     refers to internal movements within the same house - e.g: from one room to another room or within the same room 

Here's what you need to do:

  • Submit your request by sending us an email
  • Let us know at least a 1 week in advance. 

What do I need to provide?

  • Your new location details
  • Your phone number(s), username(s) or account number(s)
  • A contact number
  • The previous phone number at your new address (If known)

Moving Broadband Services Fee

  • Location to Location:         $75.00
  • Within the same House:    $50.00
