Why does my credit keep decreasing by $1?

If you don't have an active data bundle and you switch on mobile data, our Prepaid system will give you a 5MB quota and deduct $1 from your credit.
Once you use up the 5MB, we give you a new 5MB quota and deduct another $1 from your credit.

NOTE: The system will credit back the difference if you don't use the full 5MB

When do I get my credit back?

Switch on 3G or lower, this occurs immediately after turning off your mobile data

Switch on 4G/LTE, this occurs within 60 minutes of turning off your mobile data
