Wanting to move your service?

Internal or External Removal?

  • External Removal (ER)   refers to moving your services(s) from one location to another location - example: Arorangi to Titikaveka  
  • Internal Removal (IR)    refers to internal movements within the same house - example: from one room to another room or within the same room

    • Here's what you need to do:

  • Submit your request by sending us an email to: info@vodafone.co.ck
  • Let us know at least a week in advance

    • What do I need to provide?

  • Your new location details
  • Your phone number(s), username(s) or account number(s)
  • A contact number
  • The previous phone number at your new address (If known)

    • Moving Landline Services Fee

  • Location to Location:         $70.00 
  • Within the same House:    $50.00
  • Same Room:                     $40.00
  • Room to Room:                 $60.00
    • Please fill in the Telephone Amendment Application Form to complete your request! Once ready, please submit to info@vodafone.co.ck
