Moving my Moana TV service
Wanting to move your service?
There are no Internal or External charges to move your Moana TV Services from one location to another OR within the same house
Here's what you need to do:
- Submit your request by sending us an email to: info@vodafone.co.ck
- Let us know at least a 1 week in advance.
What do I need to provide?
- Your new location details
- Your phone number(s), username(s) or account number(s)
- A contact number
- The previous phone number at your new address (If known)
