How to fix my Moana TV
1. Host Name or IP Address Entry
If you are encountering the above prompt, it indicates that the Ethernet cable is connected to an incorrect port on the modem. Please verify that the cable is connected to either port 3 or port 4 of the modem.
2. No Signal
Please ensure that all the connections behind the decoder and modem are correctly plugged into the appropriate ports, then proceed to restart both the modem and decoder.
3. Stuck on loading page
If you are experiencing the above response, it may be caused by the following:
- Account suspension
- Incomplete loading of equipment into the system
3. Code Entry
To resolve this issue, please return the decoder for the upgrade of the Set Top Box firmware.
4. Activation Code
Select either 'Check Activation' or 'Continue'
5. Blank Screen (Only Showing the Channel Description)
Please ensure that all connections behind the decoder and modem are properly plugged in, then proceed to restart both the modem and decoder.
