Broadband Usage Alerts

Usage Alerts via Email

Broadband alerts are sent every day @ 6am & 6pm to your nominated email address. This address is shown at the top of the Usage Page. If you've changed your address or it's incorrect please email info@vodafone.co.ck to make those changes.

You should receive an alert after passing the following borders: 

  • 50%
  • 80%
  • 100%

For instance, when you exceed 50% of your broadband cap/allowance, you will promptly receive an alert shortly after 6 o'clock.

Reasons you may miss receiving an alert

  • The nominated address has been updated or is incorrect.
  • The email may be located in the 'Trash' or 'Spam' folder.
  • The alerts are scheduled to be sent at specific times. For instance, if your usage is below 50% at 6am and reaches 83% at 6pm, you will only receive an 83% alert.
