Usage Alerts via Email
Broadband alerts are sent every day @ 6am & 6pm to your nominated email address. This address is shown at the top of the Usage Page. If you've changed your address or it's incorrect, please contact Customer Service
You should receive an alert after passing the following borders:
For example, once you use more than 50% of your broadband cap / allowance, you will receive an alert just after 6 o'clock.
Reasons you may miss receiving an alert
- Your nominated address has changed or is incorrect
- The email is in 'Trash' or 'Spam'
- The alerts are sent on a schedule. For example, if your usage at 6am is under 50%, and at 6pm your usage is 83%, you will only receive an 83% alert
