Suspending your Phone Line Services

If you're thinking about going away for a couple of weeks or months, and still want to keep your broadband account active, you can choose the option to  suspend your phone line services. This means that while you're away, no one will be able to use your phone however you are still liable to pay any monthly rental charges accrued on your account.

Terminating your Phone Line Services

Terminating your phone line means you are wanting to completely end your services.

NOTE: Any disconnection or termination of your phone line services, will affect the functionality of the other services connected to your line
