- Broadband speed is throttled to 128kbps on reaching your cap
- Usage while throttled is free-of-charge
- You can buy additional data which will reset your broadband speed to normal. Otherwise, your speed will return to normal the following month
NOTE: On a "No Excess" plan, your modem will re-authenticate every 24 hours.
