Plan Type: "No Excess" or Excess
No Excess
- Broadband speed is throttled to 128kbps on reaching your cap
- Usage while throttled is free-of-charge
- You can buy additional data which will reset your broadband speed to normal. Otherwise, your speed will return to normal the following month
Excess
- Broadband speed is not throttled on reaching your cap
- Charged the excess rate on exceeding your cap
- You cannot buy additional data (add-ons), but you can upgrade your plan if you submit a request before the 21st of the month
NOTE: On a "No Excess" plan, your modem will re-authenticate every 24 hours. On an Excess plan, your modem will re-authenticate every 7 days.

- Can only be purchased after reaching your cap
