How to setup your new STB at home

Step 1: Connecting the Set-Top Box (STB)

- Begin by connecting the power cord, HDMI cable, and Ethernet cable to your Set-Top Box (STB).

Step 2: Connecting the STB to the Modem

- Ensure that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to Port 3 or 4 on your modem.

Step 3: Establishing the Internet Connection

Note: Disable Wi-Fi on your STB device to prioritize the Ethernet connection and avoid excessive broadband data usage.

Step 4: Selecting the Internet Connection

- Utilize the four directional arrows on your decoder remote for navigation.

- Choose your PPI internet connection or select Broadband Internet.

Step 5: Signing In

- Use the four arrows on the STB remote to navigate.

- Select the "Mobile/Email Address" option.

- Enter your landline number for LOGIN (e.g., 682*****).

- For the PASSWORD, use your customer number followed by the last two digits of your phone number (e.g., Cn0235560).
