How to setup the new STB at home

Step 1 :

* Plug power cord, HDMI and Ethernet into STB

Step 2

*Ensure Ethernet is plugged into Port 4 of your modem

Step3:

*Turn on TV and Press "OK" on STB remote to confirm Internet connection

Step4: (Use 4 arrows on decoder remote navigate)

*Select your PPI internet connection or Broadband Internet. If you have broadband connection, you are required to enter your Wireless password

Step 5: (Sign in process - use 4 arrows on STB remote to navigate and confirm processes.)

Select "Mobile/Email Address

Enter Mobile # In this case its your Phone number 682*****

Password: Cn******* Your password is your customer number and the last 2 digits of your phone number. Eg. Cn0235560 is my password. 

Confirm.
