How to setup your new STB at home

Step 1: Connect STB

- Connect the power cord, HDMI cable, and Ethernet cable to your Set-Top Box (STB).

Step 2: Connect STB to Modem

- Make sure the Ethernet cable is connected to Port 4 on your modem.

Step 3: Establishing Internet Connection

Note: Turn off Wi-Fi on your STB device to ensure it uses the Ethernet connection instead of consuming broadband data.

Step 4: Selecting Internet Connection

- Use the four directional arrows on your decoder remote to navigate.

- Choose your PPI internet connection or select Broadband Internet.

Step 5: Signing In

- Use the four arrows on the STB remote for navigation.

- Select the "Mobile/Email Address" option.

- Enter your landline number LOGIN (e.g., 682*****).

- For the PASSWORD, use your customer number followed by the last two digits of your phone number (e.g., Cn0235560).
