How do I register on the online self-care portal?

On the Vodafone Cook Islands Home page you will find at the top right corner of the page a Login

Once you land on the sign in page, you will notice at the bottom a section to sign up.

Fill in the form.

1.  Your customer number and invoice number can be found on your current billing statement or invoice.  see below for where to find this on your statement.

2.  Enter your email address.  If you have more than one account.  You will need to use a different email address per account.

3. Once you click Finish registration button, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can find your customer number on your current billing statement if you have this.

Multiple Accounts

If you have more than one account with Vodafone Cook Islands, you will need to use a different email address to register for each account.  If you have your own business domain eg.  info@vodafone.co.ck

You can request your IT admin to create an alias to your email account.  eg.  cn01655@vodafone.co.ck

Use this email address as your email address to register for this particular account.
